Award
$20,000, paid directly to the winner’s college or university for tuition.
Eligibility (2026 Cycle)
- Starting the first year of full-time study in a health science programme at an accredited institution.
- Minimum GPA of 3.5.
- An original essay of 1,000–2,000 words about your experience with patients who have physical disabilities, or why you want a health care career supporting people with physical challenges.
AI-generated or substantially AI-altered essays are not allowed and can lead to disqualification.
2026 Timeline
- 30 June 2026: application deadline
- 31 July 2026: finalists notified
- Mid-August 2026: virtual interviews
- 1 September 2026: winner announced
If the scholarship runs again, expect a similar schedule in 2027.
